Registration Information

 

If you are interested in a particular class, please e-mail the Registrar to be placed on the waitlist. (In some instances, a writing sample may be required.) Classes are scheduled as soon as minimum enrollment has been met. Once minimum enrollment has been met, the Registrar will contact students to schedule the class and complete student enrollment. The Registrar works to accommodate every student’s schedule.

Registration and Policies

Payment is due one week before class is scheduled to begin. Invoices are sent via e-mail.

Because MCWW does not advertise, we rely entirely on word-of-mouth recommendations. If you refer a student to MCWW and that student enrolls in a course, you will receive a 15% discount on your own tuition. As MCWW grows, we hope to streamline our registration process. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

 

Class and Cancellation Policies

 

Students may cancel registration and receive a complete refund up to six days before the workshop or seminar is scheduled to begin. A 50% refund will be granted upon a cancellation after the first class meeting. Regrettably, we cannot refund for missed workshops or classes. Refunds will be made by check and may take up to two weeks to be processed.

 

The recording of classes is prohibited.

 

MCWW reserves the right to remove any student at our discretion. A refund will be granted any student removed from a workshop.
